I know it’s not fair on a diet blog to share these high fat, very sugary delicious brownies. I’m gonna do it to you anyways. My husband needed a treat and so did I as this was my last splurge for 10 weeks. Here are my Ghirardelli chocolate brownies with Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips. My secret is using the best ingredients as you will see below.
Just follow the directions on the back of the container of the sweet ground chocolate and I recommend the following brands:
- Plugra butter (a European butter with higher fat and creamier)
- Madagascar Vanilla (delicious vanilla bursting with flavor, I always add extra in recipes)
- King Arthur Flour (don’t know why but it’s good)
I dust it with powdered sugar. These are the best brownies I’ve ever had! Enjoy!
